How to Stew With Lucy Tweed
Lucy Tweed, the food writer and stylist behind Every Night of the Week, is teaching you how to stew. The workshop – think of it like an interactive dinner party – will have you heading into the ENOTW studio in Roseberry to sip (very good) Usher Tinkler wine, feast and learn.
First up, Tweed will teach you her superior stewing ways. Then you’ll get hands-on, leaning how to make Argentine-style hand pies with the slow-braised (and affordable) cuts. Finish off with a bowl of ragu and a drop of red.
Hot tip: come to the intimate workshop wearing your comfiest closed-toe shoes. Full from dinner, you’ll walk away with new stewing skills, a collection of recipe cards, an ebook and and some of your pies for later.
How to Stew runs for two hours and bookings are essential.
