Milk Bar Pizza

A culinary-conscious eatery by the team behind Cafe Ish, Milk Bar Pizza brings a little retro magic to Redfern. And that retro-sensibility extends to the prices; all pizzas are under 15 dollars, and there's no extra charge for the coeliacs.

The restaurant offers daily deals - a little something special for every day of the week - including 2for1 Tuesday's (two pizzas for the price of one) and Sweet Sunday's (dessert pizzas for only $7).

Take advantage of that Sunday deal with a banana and bacon hotcake pizza with maple syrup, or an Eaton mess donut pizza with meringue, chopped donuts, choc chips and chocolate and strawberry sauces.

Sides are all kinds of old-school, such as tuna mornay, hot wings, and mac-n-cheese, which is fitting considering the old-school arcade games that fill the space.

Thirsty patrons can match those meals with a drink from the selection of milkshakes and organic sodas.
