Those filling their suitcases with lipsticks, glosses and blushes to bring home from overseas were over the moon when international beauty retailer, Sephora, announced its foray into the Australian market with the opening of its first store in the Sydney CBD this year. Now, those living in outer Sydney can join in the excitement, as it's been announced that a second branch will open today.
Located in a busy new retail precinct, Macquarie Centre in North Ryde, Sephora's second store follows the first on Pitt Street in the CBD. Sephora Australia's country manager, Libby Amelia, commented that “Australia’s first Sephora store has been hugely successful and the demand for another store outside of the CBD has been high.”
Sephora will stock over 30 brands exclusive to its stores, like Givenchy, Tarte and Marc Jacobs Beauty, plus an extended range of premium products.
