The popular Bali beach club is coming to visit for a nine-course degustation.
Seminyak beach club Ku De Ta’s fine-dining restaurant Mejekawi is hosting a dinner in Sydney.
As part of Ku De Ta’s Culinary Collective series of supper clubs, the Mejakawi team of chefs, led by executive chef Benjamin Cross and head chef Stephen Moore, will travel to Sydney to collaborate on a nine-course degustation menu with Frederico Zanellato of LuMi.
Dishes include pretzels with smoked-tuna tonnato; oxtail soup; blue-eye cod with chilli paste, parsnip and lime leaf; and beef short ribs with pickled-artichoke sambal and fermented-mushroom butter.
From 6.30pm to 9pm. The ticket price does not include drinks.
