Euphoric at Untied
Lush rooftop bar Untied is a good spot for golden hour – but on Wednesdays, it’s sporting more blush tones.
Every week it’s turning pink for Euphoric, a new series of weekly sessions featuring live music, exclusive menus and peachy new cocktails.
The three-course set menu has also been painted fuchsia, featuring a pumpkin and beetroot coconut dip, slow-cooked beef cheek tacos with pepperberry sour cream espuma, and fried chicken with Hasselback potato, 'nduja honey butter and corn on the cob for $79.
Sip pink drinks like Glamour, made with Citron vodka, raspberry liqueur, watermelon and pineapple, or try the Velvet Twist with Bati rum, vanilla liqueur, banana and almond syrup. Or skip the cocktails and head straight for the two-hour bottomless frosé, featuring six fruity flavours of frozen rosé.
There’ll also be live music on the rooftop care of local Sydney artists and musicians at 5pm and 8pm.
