If you've been drawn into the delicious world of hoppers – thanks to the many excellent examples in Sydney – we've got good news: hopper enthusiasts now have the chance to try their hands at making them at Hopper Kadé in Darling Square.
Budding chefs will be greeted with a coconut arrack (a subcontinental spirit) cocktail and learn about the culture, cuisine and flavours of Sri Lanka with Hoppe Kadé’s chefs. Then it's time to create the bowl-shaped pancakes, which serve as vehicles for a variety of curries.
After hopper-cooking, enjoy a three-course tasting menu and snap up a goodie bag on the way out.
