Lotus Dining, Black Star Pastry and Valrhona Chocolates are teaming up to deliver a dessert degustation.

The menu will include silky white-chocolate custard in the centre of the Dumpling of Abundance, and the crunchy bite of the Peanut of Prosperity. Valrhona chocolate will feature heavily across the menu.

The event has two sittings: at 12pm and 2.30pm across two days. Saturday 17 February and Sunday 18 February.
