Neutral Bay’s SoCal is doing half-price tacos every Tuesday night. Plus, $5 Mexican beer, and house vino during happy hour.
SoCal may be inspired by California, but it also draws inspiration from south of the US border. Namely, tacos.
And at its newly returned Taco Tuesdays you can feast on some of the restaurant’s best for just $3 a pop.
There’s a baja fish taco with pineapple, coriander salsa and chilli; a smoked brisket taco with cabbage slaw, pasilla mole and jalapeno salsa; and a pork taco with achiote sauce, tomatillo and cucumber.
And from 5pm to 6.30pm it’s happy hour. Get $12 frozen cocktail specials, and $5 Mexican beers and house wine.
