Me and Moo
Features
Mother and daughter Jenna Isaacman and Lindi Katz and are kindred spirits when it comes to style. Both have a background in fashion – Katz grew up in the dressing rooms of runways where her mother modelled, and Isaacman cut her teeth at Bonds.
The pair opened Me and Moo in 2008, reawakening the quiet end of Curlewis Street. The boutique is full of easy, earthy collections made from natural fibres such as cashmere, cotton, linen and silk. The garments suit the laid-back Bondi lifestyle, and the shop has attracted a loyal group of customers over the years.
The shop carries a mix of overseas and local brands. Comfortable, flowing basics from American designer Velvet are a mainstay, and Dutch label Maison Scotch balances bohemian pieces with structured, preppy looks. Local brand Lee Matthews completes the offering with neutral-coloured garments in contemporary shapes.
The clothing is complemented by a collection of jewellery from local designers. By Charlotte’s fine chain rings and bracelets are well loved by customers, as are the edgy but delicate pieces by Alexandra Zumbo.
