Sunday Roast at Belleville
Celebrating the very best of Australian produce and wine, quirky Chinatown bar Belleville will host a Sunday roast, but not as you know it.
From the team behind Section 8, Ferdydurke and Brunswick East burger joint The B.East, the Sunday roast is part of Melbourne Food & Wine Festival's Winter Roasts Collection.
Embrace the bar's Asian-inspired menu that will see organic chicken slow roasted in a Brazilian rotisserie glazed with umami-intense miso butter and served with house-made chicken gravy. Guests can expect all the trimmings with an array of side dishes including water chestnut and orange stuffing, wok-tossed broccoli with lap cheong and house-made XO and quail-egg yorkshire puddings. An accompanying wine flight will champion wines from different Victorian regions.
Reservations can be made during usual booking times. A $30 set menu is available as well as an a-la-carte menu.
