Summer Sunday Sessions: Victoria x Four Pillars
Victoria, Peruvian-born chef Alejandro Saravia’s follow-up to Farmer’s Daughters, is a celebration of local produce and flavours from across the state. So it makes sense to partner up with the proudly Victorian distillery Four Pillars.
Over 10 Sundays, the two are hosting Summer Sunday Sessions inside the restaurant. Each week, guests can feast on seven courses designed to be shared, accompanied by Four Pillars cocktails and sets by Melbourne DJ Phinious.
Dishes will change with the seasons, but expect Cobb Lane sourdough with Inglenook Dairy salted butter; fried rockling sandwich with gribiche and kohlrabi remoulade; O’Connor Beef skewers with black garlic glaze; hand-cut Millbrook potato chips; Mount Zero hummus; and a Cuvée chocolate brownie with salted caramel. There’ll also be vegetarian options.
To drink, cocktails will be made with various Four Pillars gins, including the bestselling Bloody Shiraz, the Rare Dry Gin and Fresh Yuzu Gin. And for those looking to cut down on or avoid alcohol, there’ll be drinks mixed with Bandwagon, Four Pillars’ own non-alcoholic spirits range.
Tickets cost $90, which includes two hours of bottomless drinks, the seven-course menu and live entertainment.
