Sam Ng is the new ambassador for the leading Australian craft-spirit distillery, Four Pillars Gin. The bartender, known for mixing drinks at Black Pearl, will run the Four Pillars Distillery bar this Saturday evening.
Try a QF10 Martini (Modern Australian Gin, dry vermouth and stirred with roasted macadamia nuts). Visit some of the nearby wineries and then finish up with exclusive cocktails at Four Pillars Distillery.
Sam Ng will be mixing drinks from 5pm.
