Lord of the Rings is one of the most famed trilogies in motion-picture history. It won 17 Academy Awards. And now you can watch it all – back to back – on the big screen.
Experience the extended cuts of The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers and The Return of the King at The Astor on January 26. And if that’s not quite enough, the first two in the trilogy will be presented on original 35mm film.
Each session will be buffered by a 20-minute interval (bring your lembas and second breakfasts). You’ll want to get comfy – this will be one marathon to rule them all.
From 10am to around 10pm.
