Champagne Sundays
Riverwalk flagship restaurant Bistro Guillaume is celebrating the sunshine this season with its new Champagne Sundays.
The special Sundays-only offer invites friends to gather and relax on the venue’s stunning riverside terrace to while away the afternoon with champagne, oysters and more. For $99 per person, enjoy a two-course lunch from the Bistro Guillaume a la carte menu with flowing Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial Champagne NV, or for $42 per person enjoy half a dozen freshly shucked oysters with a flute of Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial Champagne NV.
The restaurant, led by lauded French-born chef Guillaume Brahimi, features some of the best French-inspired light cuisine in the city. Think raw courgettes, petit pois, fennel, fromage frais and mint, Salade Nicoise with Yellowfin tuna and a vacherin, raspberry and mandarin dessert. With its stunning emerald-green, zinc-topped bar, wood-panelled interior and casual feel, Bistro Guillaume has all the trimmings of a relaxed Parisian bistro. Perfect for a special occasion or a decadent afternoon.
