Fresh Organic Goods serves exactly what it says. Backed by ayurvedic, organic, seasonal, raw and whole produce, this ex-wholesale nut-milk business services the wellness market.

Established by ex-lawyer, Marni Robinson FOG endeavours to serve only what’s in season. The premise is to provide people with fast, nutritious and delicious organic food on the go.

Set in a relatively humble space on Church Street, Richmond, its tile-clad display counter is covered with fresh salads, rolls, frittatas, cakes and cookies. There’s a fridge full of house-made nut milks and coconut water. Shelves on the walls hold wholefood cookbooks, body oils, ayurvedic products from the Broad Place and dosha balancing candles.

Fairtrade Genovese coffee is served with almond, cashew, coconut or soy milk. Pale timbers, exposed red brick walls, pendant lights and brass details match the palate of the food on offer.

With plans to build fruit and vegetable boxed and a deck in the rear garden, Fresh Organic Goods will also be running yoga and pilates classes during the warmer months.
