There’s a secret in Darwin, a sanctuary hidden away in the cool with a library of gins and boutique spirits. You only need to follow the trail; under an archway of vines, past the ancient blooming orchid and across our wide green garden lays a steel door, the gate which keeps wines from across the world safe for your lips.

We pride ourselves at The Trader Bar for being flexible – a place for parties, breakfasts, brunches, corporate meetings or weddings (just not the cookie-cutter kind) – tell us what you’re planning and we’ll work with you to create something magical, unique and tailored just for you.
THE TRADER BAR OFFERING
From 7am Thursday our doors open for the beginning of your weekend until that last drop of your Sunday session. The world is confusion – let us simplify it for you. Coffee with friends and cocktails with music.
On Saturday and Sunday mornings we open at 8am with freshly ground coffee and freshly baked croissants, then the gates are wide open until late – and before you ask… Bloody Mary's from 10am – you’re safe with us.
