Tedesca Osteria is a fixed menu dining experience based on our own biodynamic farm produce with a kitchen built around a wood fired oven & grill. Brigitte goes to great lengths to source our fish and meat from the most ethical and dedicated providers in Australia.
A typical menu might consist of antipasto, hand made pasta, a seafood course, a meat course and dessert, but this will change with the seasons. Bottomless filtered rainwater from the farm and Vietnamese coffee from our Mocca Master are included.
The price per head is $195
Some menu variation is possible for vegetarian/pescatarian/gluten free as long as the kitchen is notified when booking. We cannot alter the menu if we have not received PRIOR NOTIFICATION.
WE CAN NOT CATER TO A VEGAN MENU
If you do not eat seafood, we also suggest that you reflect upon your reservation.
We welcome children over 12 years and do not offer a reduced children’s menu.
You can inform us about any relevant issue, celebration or special plan, indicating it in the “add comments” section of the booking form.
If you are celiac, diabetic or suffer from any food intolerance or allergy, and in order to guarantee the operation of the service in safety and quality conditions, it is essential that you indicate so when booking.
Tedesca is open for lunch from Friday-Monday
We have a private room that can seat up to 10 people. Bookings of 8 or more require a $500 non-refundable deposit and attract a 10% service charge.
If your requested booking is unavailable please use our waitlist - we usually release more tables once the tables are planned.

Please note there are some changes to our booking rules following COVID-19.
If any of your party are exhibiting symptoms that could be covid related we are happy to cancel your booking without penalty - we strongly request that you do not bring these symptoms to the Osteria. Thank you.
Whilst vouchers are currently available to purchase we ask you to consider that wait times for voucher holders may be quite long (3 months +). We also urge voucher recipients to read the information available on our website regarding opening times, dietary requirements and the nature of our Osteria.
